Affiliate Program

1. Purpose

The ProfitPilotPro affiliate program allows any registered user to recommend the service through a personal link and earn a commission on the paid subscriptions of the customers they refer. It is not a self-signed commercial contract: participation is optional and may be suspended by KALMIE at any time.

2. Commission

• Rate: 30% of the amount, including VAT, of each paid installment of the referred customer's Shopify subscription, at the plan's published price (Terms of Sale §4). The Shopify free trial does not earn a commission.
• Duration: 12 months from the referred customer's first paid invoice.
• Availability period: 60 days after payment (aligned with the money-back guarantee — see the Terms of Sale).
• Full refund of an invoice: the associated commission is canceled.

3. Attribution

The partner link (/r/CODE or the ?ref=CODE parameter) sets a first-touch cookie valid for 60 days. The first partner credited within this window is retained at sign-up or subscription. Self-referral (same account or same email) is prohibited.

4. Commission payouts

Available commissions are paid by bank transfer on request, subject to a minimum threshold. No automatic payouts are offered.

5. Compliance

The partner agrees not to use misleading advertising, spam or the ProfitPilotPro registered trademark without written authorization. These terms supplement the Terms of Use and the Terms of Sale.
