How often the numbers update
Shopify webhooks in real time. Ad spend every 15 minutes.
- Today's ad spend — refreshed every 15 minutes.
- Shopify orders — real-time webhooks (new order, refund).
- Catch-up sync — twice a day, at 12:59 a.m. and 12:59 p.m. (Paris time): orders from the last 48 hours, and ad metrics corrected over 3 days. Meta adjusts its numbers after the fact.
- Initial import — in batches, up to 1,000 orders, one cycle every 5 minutes.
- A manual sync is still available from the dashboard.
